TYSON FURY – NEW BOXING HEAVYWEIGHT WORLD CHAMPION

Tyson Fury defeated Vladimir Klitschko with a unanimous decision in Germany last night, to become the new boxing heavyweight champion of the world. In a somewhat anticlimatic affair, Tyson was able to keep Klitschko at bay and unsettle him with his long reach. Swapping stance to southpaw every so often kept the former champion on his toes and made it difficult for him to land many meaningful punches.

The 27 year old has maintained his perfect record and now has 25 fights, 25 wins, with 18 of those coming by way of knock out. Congratulations to Tyson and his team. Now we are hoping his next opponent is either David Haye or Anthony Joshua. We think an all British championship fight would create fireworks.
